” A man who had barricaded himself inside an apartment in Vacaville was arrested Saturday after the standoff, and police said they found two other dead women inside. Officers responded to an apartment for a welfare check at the Rocky Hill Veterans Apartments around 12:42 a.m., the Vacaville Police Department said.
The woman who had called police said there was a man inside who was possibly armed, and who had livestreamed himself on social media.
