A shooting wounded three people on Sunday night, and Miami Beach police are investigating.
According to police, three people with gunshot wounds were taken to hospitals after the shooting near the 700 block of Washington Avenue. Two males — one who was in stable condition and the other in critical — were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital. A third was grazed by a bullet and taken to Mount Sinai Medical Center in stable condition. “Detectives are looking for a dark SUV, possibly a Jaguar with tinted windows,� the department posted on Twitter. “The vehicle fled the scene occupied by three male subjects. At least two types of casings were located at the scene which indicates there may have been an exchange of gunfire.� Police got the shooting call around 8:40 p.m., department spokesman Ernesto Rodriguez said early Monday. “Detectives located at least two types of casings at the scene,� he said. “This indicates there may have been an exchange of gunfire. “ The victims were not identified as of Sunday night.
